about the Safety Plan,
what money or documents you have, and DO NOT TELL ANYONE what you are planning to
do.

When
the Abuser is There:

out of the rooms with no exit.
- Avoid
rooms that may have Weapons in them.
- Leave
your suitcase and CHECKLIST
ITEMS (what you need) with the friend whom the abuser DOES NOT KNOW ABOUT.
